Mr. Sohil Bansal has spent 10 years in the corporate world working with in the field of Retail, e-Commerce & IT.

Under his dynamic leadership and keen vision, the company has enhanced its brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies, expanded its branch network, and implemented various IT initiatives that have benefited both customers and employees. He brings a deep understanding of the distribution and retail market to the table, having spent over a decade in leadership roles across unsecured lending, retail liabilities, e-Commerce market. He brings to the table over three decades of operational and management experience in the retail world and has played a key role in managing the fast-growing operations of the company. With his rich domain expertise in Retail and e-Commerce, Sohil has always had the vision to integrate the Billing process and technology to build a company that can provide path-breaking solutions to the fast-growing retail market in India. His operations management skills have been crucial in the smooth transition of the company from being a local player to one with a pan-India presence.

Mr. Keyur Dave has vast experience of nearly 30 years in business as a professional. He has handled various departments and segments, including Finance, Banking, Accounting and Costing, Administration, HR. He has been one of the key people involved in bringing the globally recognized Certified Financial PlannerTM professional designation to India. He has worked in various business segments including freighting, projects, real estate, infrastructure. Currently, he is also the CFO at Singapore based, Wirana Shipping Corporation.

He also handles Investment Projects for his company and has a long experience running into a few decades dealing with Banks and various Funds. He is also responsible for PR / Branding for his company and has attended and spoken at various international conferences, associated with Finance and Shipping. He has a holistic understanding of consumer behavior, financial products, marketing, distribution, technology and digital with strong strategizing, business development, execution and relationship management skills. Originally from Mumbai, India the 50-year-old completed his Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant by training having completed his ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
